After selecting your tour and dates, enter participant details (names, CNIC, contact information), select payment method, and confirm. You'll be prompted to upload CNIC photos for all adult passengers. Once submitted, your booking request is sent to the operator. The operator will review and accept your request - only then is your booking confirmed.

You'll receive both an email confirmation and an in-app notification when the operator accepts your booking request. Check your email spam folder if you don't see it within 24 hours. You can also check your booking status in the "My Bookings" section of your account.

Operators typically accept bookings within 12-24 hours. Some may take longer during peak seasons or if they're on tours. If you haven't received acceptance within 48 hours, you can contact TrekMate support to check on the status. You can cancel your pending booking anytime if you find another option.

No, there's no direct messaging feature with operators before booking acceptance. Once your booking is accepted, the operator will contact you using the phone number you provided during booking. For urgent questions about tour details before booking, you can contact TrekMate support.
