The Zhob Expedition 1884 is a historical landmark situated in Killa Saifullah District of Balochistan province. This expedition was initiated by the British military to establish control over the region, which faced resistance from local tribes during March-October (the best seasons for visiting). The campaign resulted in significant changes as it led to destruction of known castles like those belonging to Saifullah Khan Khoidadzai and Shah Jehan Jogezai. The expedition eventually culminated with the British occupying Zhob, which later became a separate district under their rule.
