Botar Lake is situated in Sanghar district's Khipro region, situated within the expansive Achhro Thar Desert near Hathungo town. The area is particularly recognized due its lily-covered waters, creating an idyllic landscape that transforms into a bird sanctuary when winter arrives with migratory birds making the lake their temporary home.
